2007 started with some great news. I was listed in San Diego Magazine’s “50 People to Look For in San Diego” for 2007. They release this issue every year in January and I am honored to have been considered. I’m not sure I deserve be on the same list with such notable San Diegans as Shaun White (the flying Tomato), took Gold in the past Winter Olympics; a couple of congressmen; a multiple oscar and emmy-winning conductor; an R&B guy named Frankie J and the controversial Floyd Landis. At any rate, I am honored, but even more so, am looking forward to the party, which is a hard ticket to get. Se anuncio la lista de “las 50 personas que hay que seguir en San Diego en 2007,” y me encontré en la lista. Todos los años la revista “San Diego Magazine” pone un artículo en enero que alista 50 personas que han tenido algún tipo de éxito en San Diego el año pasado. No estoy tan seguro que merezco estar en la lista de sandieguenses famosos como Shaun White (el “tomate volador”, y multiple medallista en las olimpiadas de invierno en el deporte de snowboarding), un par de congresistas, un cantante llamado Frankie J y el siempre-controvertido, Floyd Landis (ganador del último Giro de Francia) entre otros. De todos modos en un honor y ademas me da entrada a una de las fiestas mas buscadas del año.
