The company that has been my prosthetic provider for over 3 years now, Scope Orthotics has stepped up to sponsor me by building me new race sockets free of charge so I don’t spend so much time bolting and unbolting my feet during the transitions. This process actually contributed to my missing the Gold Medal by 2 minutes in the World Championships. Their prosthetic expertise will come into play in designing high-tech biking and running sockets that will help me perform at the highest level. I should be getting the running socket any time now... can’t wait. Thanks SCOPE! Si se acuerdan, eso fue una de las razones que no tomé la medalla de oro en el Mundial de Triatlón en Lausane por no mas 2 minutos.
